Ali Fernandez Graduate, Class 2011
Ali Fernandez is an alumni who majored in Animal Sciences. In her home town of Half Moon Bay, Ali was active in both the 4-H and FFA clubs. During her time with the clubs, she held numberous offices, lead projects, and raised and showed lambs, hogs, turkeys, chickens, rabbits, and her horse Sport. She has also had the honor of serving as both Princess and Queen for her hometown's rodeo, and enjoyed competing for professional titles this coming rodeo season.
During her time at Davis, she rode for both the Hunter/Jumper and Western Intercollegiate Equestrian Teams; even making it to the top fifteen nationally for the 2006-2007 season. She also focused on refining her roping skills and competed in the American Cowboys Team Roping Association.
Outside of the arena, Ali enjoys line dancing, going to concerts, and most recently hunting.
